As a cook, it is essential to maintain a minimum completion rate of 50% and a customer satisfaction rating of at least 3 stars to remain active on our platform. If your ratings fall below these thresholds, we will initiate an investigation and review of your account
Open the Side menu drawer and click Ratings to view your ratings
Ensure you complete each order with meticulous attention to detail to maintain a high rating and secure more orders in the future.
